Alan Dillman - Varsity Head Coach
Coach Dillman has been coaching at Woodinville High School since 2000 and is now in his 11th season as Head Varsity Coach. He’s led summer teams for Stod’s Baseball, Woodinville Jr. and Sr. Legion, and the Woodinville Baseball Club. He and his wife Rachel have a son, Justice, who is coaching now at WHS.

Aaron Tennis - Varsity Assistant Coach
Coach Tennis played baseball at Shoreline CC and Central Washington University, and earned a Master’s in Education from Grand Canyon University. He’s taught Health and Fitness and coached football and baseball at Woodinville since 2003. He and his wife Patience have twin boys, Joseph and Carter.

Justice Dillman - Varsity Assistant
Coach Dillman played at Woodinville High and Big Bend CC before earning a Finance degree from Washington State University. He coached at Pullman High School and now joins the Falcons for his first season. He works in financial services and enjoys boating, golfing, and fishing.

Josh Markey - JV Head Coach
Coach Markey brings 21 years of football coaching and five years of club-level baseball experience to Woodinville. He’s also part of the school’s football staff and played sports at Blanchet and Shorecrest High Schools. He and his wife Malia have two sons, Jackson and Justin, who are passionate athletes.

Mike Shane - JV Assistant
Coach Shane was a multi-sport athlete in high school, competing in both baseball and basketball, and went on to play collegiate baseball at San Diego State. He has coached youth sports for eight years, including the past four seasons in club baseball. Professionally, he owns and leads a local independent mortgage bank and insurance agency. He and his wife, Lauren, have three children: Harley, Carson, and Kaylin.

Josh Arsenault - C-Team Head Coach
Coach Arsenault played baseball at Bothell High and Western Washington University before coaching at Bellingham High and in American Legion Baseball. He teaches elementary PE and has been coaching for over a decade. He and his wife Brigid have two daughters, Nora and Hadley.

Corey Smith - Roving Coach
Coach Smith played college baseball at Edmonds CC, Oklahoma State, and New Mexico State, followed by a professional career in the Northern and Western Leagues. He’s coached baseball, football, and basketball in the Woodinville area for over 20 years. He teaches Health & P.E. at Timbercrest Middle School and lives with his wife Elizabeth.
