2026 Volunteer Sign Ups

  • The Auction Committee brings our biggest fundraiser of the year to life! The team plans and organizes the annual baseball auction - from gathering donations and securing existing items to setting up the event and securing auctioneer. Whether you love event planning, marketing, or connecting with local businesses, this committee is a great way to make a major impact on the program’s success.

  • The Sponsorship Committee builds partnerships between our local businesses to share sponsorship opportunities, mange recognition for sponsors, and help maintain long-term relationships. This committee is ideal for anyone comfortable with outreach, networking, or promoting our program’s mission while helping fund equipment, travel, and layer experiences.

  • The Events Committee helps create the special moments that make each season memorable - Mom’s Night, Dad’s Night, Senior Night, and the end-of-season banquet. From decorations to logistics, this group ensures each celebration runs smoothly and feels meaningful. If you’re creative, organized, or just love to celebrate our players, this is your place to shine.

  • The Game Day Operations team keeps everything running smoothly on game days! They coordinate volunteers for the snack shack, announcer booth, GameChanger scoring, video streaming, and game photos. It’s a fun, fast-paced group that helps make every home game a great experience for players, families, and fans. No experience is needed - just a willingness to pitch in and be part of the action.
